Pet Friendly

Your family friends deserve a holiday too!

All dogs (our black lab is called Poppy) love going on holiday and we are proud to maintain a 5 Star and Welcome Pets accreditation.

  • Enclosed garden with chicken wire to stop even the smallest of escapees!

  • 3 acres of land where you can let the dog run free

  • Day out to the beach - why not!  They are dog friendly

 

Hare Cottage's housekeeping team are wonderful.  They ensure that the cottage is maintained to the highest standards regardless if pets have stayed.  Additional time is automatically added to changeover days when pets have been included in a stay.

Horses

We offer unique accommodation, allowing your horse (s) to come on holiday with you.

  • Local cross country and show jumping events throughout the year for all standards

  • Local cross country and show jumping private hire sessions available

  • Beautiful rides from Hare Cottage on quiet lanes and accross park land

  • 3 acres of private land with secure fencing in front of the cottage for your horse.  

  • 2 stables and 1 large open stable (ideal for 2 horses)

  • Locked tack room

  • Hard standing area interconnecting wtih a small paddock ideal for limited grazing.

  • Straw and hay available to buy

  • Parking for a horse box during your stay
